About Kohinoor Fintech & the Lender
Kohinoor Fintech Private Limited is a fintech company that owns and operates the Next Capital digital lending app and this website. It acts as a Lending Service Provider (LSP): it helps you discover, apply for and manage a personal loan, while the loan itself is given by its lending partner, Billus Investments Private Limited.
No. Kohinoor Fintech does not lend on its own account. Every loan on the Next Capital app is sanctioned, disbursed and serviced by Billus Investments Private Limited, and your loan agreement is with Billus Investments Private Limited.
Billus Investments Private Limited is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (Registration No. 14.01519, CIN: U67120DL1997PTC085697). You can check its registration on the RBI website. Lender, app and grievance details are on our NBFC & DLA Information page.
Download the Next Capital app only from the Google Play Store link on this website. Kohinoor Fintech and Billus Investments Private Limited will never ask you to pay any amount before your loan is disbursed, and will never ask for your OTP, PIN or password on a call or message. If someone does, do not pay or share anything — report it to [email protected].
Eligibility & Application
Indian residents aged 21 to 60 with a valid PAN, Aadhaar and a monthly income of at least ₹10,000 can apply. Both salaried and self-employed customers are eligible.
Download the Next Capital app, sign up with your mobile number, complete your profile and KYC, and choose your loan amount and tenure. If your loan is approved, you review the Key Fact Statement, e-sign the loan agreement and set up an e-mandate for EMIs. The whole process is digital — no branch visit is needed.
PAN card, Aadhaar card and income proof (salary slip or bank statement). A utility bill may be asked for if your current address differs from the one on your Aadhaar.
Once you accept the Key Fact Statement and sign the loan agreement, Billus Investments Private Limited credits the loan amount, after deducting the processing fee and GST, directly to your own bank account. Loan money is never paid to a third party or collected in cash.
To assess your application, the lender fetches your credit report from a credit bureau with your consent. This is recorded as an enquiry on your credit report. Repaying on time helps build your credit score; missed EMIs lower it.
Every decision is made by Billus Investments Private Limited based on its credit assessment — for example your income, credit history and existing loans. You will be informed in the app. You can write to [email protected] if you have questions about the decision.
Amount, Interest & Charges
Loans range from ₹5,000 – ₹50,000 with a tenure of 3 to 6 months. The amount offered depends on your income, credit history and repayment capacity.
Interest rates range from 12% to 40% per annum on a reducing-balance basis, depending on your credit profile. Your exact rate is shown in the Key Fact Statement before you accept the loan.
Yes. A one-time processing fee of 8% of the loan amount plus 18% GST is deducted from the amount disbursed. You can see the exact amount in the EMI calculator and in your Key Fact Statement. Nothing is charged before disbursal.
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the all-inclusive yearly cost of the loan — it includes the interest and the processing fee. Because the fee is deducted upfront and tenures are short, the APR is higher than the interest rate alone. For example, a ₹30,000 loan at 24% p.a. for 6 months has an APR of 60.22%.
The KFS is a one-page summary the lender must give you before you sign, as required by the RBI. It shows the loan amount, interest rate, every fee and charge, the APR, the repayment schedule, the cooling-off period and grievance contacts. Any charge not mentioned in the KFS cannot be collected from you.
Repayment & Closure
EMIs are collected automatically from your bank account through the e-mandate set up during the loan process. Keep enough balance before each due date. You can track your schedule and payments in the app.
Yes. You can prepay or close your loan at any time; no foreclosure charges apply. Request closure from the app or write to our customer care.
Yes. As per RBI Digital Lending Directions, you may exit the loan during the cooling-off period stated in your KFS by repaying the principal and the proportionate APR, without any penalty.
Late payment charges, as stated in your KFS and loan agreement, may apply, and delayed payments are reported to credit bureaus, which can lower your credit score. If you expect difficulty in paying, contact us before the due date.
Reminders are sent by SMS, email, app notification or call. Recovery calls are made only between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and any agent contacting you must be authorised by Billus Investments Private Limited. Threats, abuse or contacting your friends and family are not permitted — report any such behaviour to our Grievance Officer.
Yes. Once your loan is fully repaid, a closure letter / NOC is issued and the lender reports the closure to credit bureaus. If you have not received it, request it from the app or at [email protected].

You can delete your account from the app or request deletion by email. Some records must be retained as required by RBI and other laws. See our Data Deletion Policy.
